Hi Everyone! The Guestbook has been disabled for some time now so if you wish to comment to the band use the Journal to make a posting. Avalanche is working on a new website design so have patience with us as we get it all done.

Hey Avalanche fans. I wanted to let you know that the schedule has been updated for 2008. So check it out and start making your plans now. The Songs page has been updated as well.

I’ll keep harassing Brad for the bios for Jim and Lynne. Make sure you yell at him the next time you see him so that he gets those to me. Tell him that you want to learn all about those new band members.

Brad let me know tonight that Avalanche will NOT be playing at Pistol Pete’s this weekend (Sept. 20-22). Apparently Pete isn’t ready to open yet. I don’t have all the details, but Brad wanted me to let you all know that. Either Brad or I will keep you updated.

For those of you just itchin’ to get a peak at the new band, check out the new header image. It’s a teaser ’til the band gets some official pics taken.

I hope to get an updated schedule and song list from Brad soon so that I can update that. Keep checkin’ back.

Hey everyone. I wanted to let you know that the new thshirts are now available for purchase from the website. Go to the Merchandise page, get the order form, print it out, fill it in, and send it to the address on the form. And then Avalanche will send you your tshirt.

There are 3 to choose from:

Men’s Tshirt - $10.00
Ladies Tankie Tee - $15.00
Ladies Cap Sleeve - $15.00

There are pics of the shirts on the Merchandise page. So go get your shirt so you’ll be ready for the next show. Enjoy!

I just wanted to let everyone know that the schedule has been updated. It goes through the end of the year.

Also, the Avalanche Schedule is now available via the Google Calendar. If you have a Google Calendar account, you can add the Avalanche Schedule to it.

1. Once logged in to your Google Calendar, click on the ‘Manage Calendars’ link.
2. In the ‘Other Calendars’ section, click the ‘Add Calendar’ button.
3. Click on the ‘Public Calendar Address’ tab.
4. Enter the following URL:
   http://www.google.com/calendar/ical/b485fp0ikiqe2fmi4ggbf7evf0@group.calendar.google.com/public/basic
5. Click the ‘Add’ button.

The Avalanche Schedule should now be added to your calendar. If you have any problems or questions about the above process, let me know.

I just found out from Brad that Avalanche will be playing at Pistol Pete’s this Saturday (May 6th). I guess Pete had a cancellation and Avalanche picked it up.

Also … be on the lookout for new sections on the site soon. A Merchandise section as well as audio and video clips. I’ll get them up as soon as I get them from Brad.

There are 2 new photo albums in the Pistol Pete’s photo gallery. They’re the first 2 in there. And be on the lookout for some New Year’s Eve pictures. Brad’s got some that he is planning on uploading.
