They Came from afar to Petes !
Wow! Was I surprised on Friday night when my best friend in the world showed up from Lewisburg PA. I was in the dark. Nobody told me he was going to be there. I was suppose to put the birthday hat on him and was I surprised when his hair fell off! I almost $!%& myself! Dr. Mark Bettner is an accounting professor and a PhD, Bmf and a few other things at a large University! Man was it great to see him! We’ve played in bands together since we were 15 or so. It helped me get through a tough night! I broke the headstock off of my Gibson Les Paul guitar and then slipped on the ice (Damn cowboy boots) and hit my head on my truck and felt like I’d been run over the next day!! Oh well all is well that ends well right?! We had a great weekend at Pete’s. All our friends showed up to dance and poor Lewis went to “dip” a girl on Saturday and ended up on the bottom!! Hope you are OK Lewis!

It was certainly was a pleasure to make the trek from Lewisburg to West Fargo. The band was great and the bartender was sexy and extremely kind. Remember: “We do what we’re told when we don’t drink too much, and we’re told what we do, when we do.”
